Comprehensive brand identity for a 15-story development in Portland's Pearl District. Scope included development of brand positioning statments, creation of the identity, stationery set, marketing materials, showroom displays, building signage, advertising, as well as a web site that includes an interactive floor planner. Users are able to view any home in the building, add, move or remove furniture, and print out the results. View here.
